Thousands of refugees from Turkey are scattered across the world with Canada being one of the leading welcoming countries. More than 300 refugee families from Turkey have landed in Toronto alone in the past 2.5 years. The panel discussion we are working on is aimed raising awareness on the human rights violations in Turkey and it will serve as forum for rights defenders and refugee experts.
