Send a holiday greeting to an imprisoned writer!
This holiday season, show your support for a writer in prison by writing a message of solidarity, support and hope to a writer imprisoned for practicing their right to free expression. These words of hope can go a long way in raising morale and providing comfort in a time of need. If you would like a copy of the address list for this year please contact Theresa Johnson at queries@pencanada.ca.

- Invite a PEN spokesperson and writer into your classroom to talk to students (elementary school through to university) about free expression matters
- Volunteer by becoming an advocate for an imprisoned writer, accompany a writer in exile to his or her refugee hearing, sharing your expertise on one of our committees, helping out at our events, or more…
